The wines of the Company we have chose for you are made according to the Tuscan Tradition,carefully groomed from the vineyard to the Cellar with the quality of the Organic Method.
Each tasting begins with a visit to the vineyard and then to the Cellar where it will be explained the process of vinification ,aging in wooden casks until bottling.Most impressive are the visits between September and Dicember where is possible to see the methods of drying grapes for the production of Vin Santo.Eac tasting will be accompanied by typical Tuscan dishes such as bruschetta with oil and Cantuccini (sweet Tuscan biscuits) with Vin Santo.
